"We came here with 2 young children, the apartment has a great location, near supermarkets. Great balcony and great wifi signal. It is on the 5th floor, it has a small elevator and a great view. The toilet is separated from the bathroom, so it is a bit incinvenient that after using the toilet you need to go to another room to wash the hands, but apart from that, all in all, the apartment met our needs and was a good value for the money"

"We were 4 people. We stayed 5 nights. The flat is wonderful!!! I like a lot! Very clean, all for comfort. In the kitchen exists everything to cook at home. It was as well microwave to warm the food. All the rooms are separated. I like it a lot. One bedroom with double bed and one living room with sofa for two people. Very beautiful view from the balcony! The flat is cute. We like everything. The location is very good. Just close it is a shop to buy food. 5 min to the main street of Nice. 15 min to the beach. I recommend it. Would be happy to come back again."

The two independent living rooms are quite quiet in the evening, and the balcony is very nice, with wonderful views. On the balcony, the hot sunshine can dry our washed clothes. "Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr gute Lage, nahe an Nizzas Altstadt. Wir waren zu viert dort, die Wohnung war dementsprechend etwas klein, aber wir haben uns gut eingelebt ;) Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und war auch bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Nachbarn waren offen und freundlich, die Stadt selbst ist wunderschön. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Nizza. Vielen Dank Hugo :)"
